Directory group → email report
Looks a group up in the directory and emails its membership as an attachment. Reads the group entry's own member list, so it works against a plain OpenLDAP as well as against Active Directory — no memberOf overlay required.

Open MailHog: the attachment lists the ops-team entry with exactly three members — Ada, Grace and Alan. Asli is in the finance group, so a search that ignored the filter would return four and be caught.
